Agreement

By accessing viltronit.com ("Site") or using the VILTRONIT path assessment, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What VILTRONIT provides

VILTRONIT offers a free, educational self-improvement experience: you choose a goal, complete a short assessment and optional safety check, and receive a personalized starter plan (habits, movement ideas, and editorial tool suggestions) plus optional calendar and PDF downloads. This is an identity and activation funnel, not a medical service.

Not medical advice

VILTRONIT does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Content is for general educational and motivational purposes only. Scores, "levels", bottlenecks, and plans are generated from your self-reported answers and are not clinical assessments.

Always consult a licensed physician or other qualified health provider before starting or changing exercise, nutrition, supplements, heat, cold, breathwork, or sleep routines — especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take prescription medication, or have a chronic condition.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in the safety check and quiz.
• Use your own judgment and professional guidance before acting on suggestions.
• Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or other warning signs.
• You are at least 18 years old, or you use the Site only with a parent or guardian and clinician approval.

Safety check and consent

Before the quiz, you must acknowledge that content is educational and complete an optional safety questionnaire. Filtering based on your selections reduces certain suggestions but does not guarantee safety for every individual. You remain responsible for your choices.

Product and brand mentions

Recommended tools shown on your result may include generic categories, example brand names, and typical dosing ranges as editorial references. Unless a specific paid link is shown with clear disclosure, we do not currently earn commission from those mentions. Brand names belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless explicitly stated.

When we add affiliate or sponsored links in the future, we will label them clearly (for example "sponsored" or "we may earn a commission").

Social follow gate

Unlocking your full result may ask you to visit our TikTok or Instagram profiles. We do not verify whether you followed or subscribed. Do not interpret this as an official endorsement relationship with those platforms beyond standard outbound links.

No guarantees

We do not promise specific health, fitness, weight, sleep, or performance outcomes. Results vary. Generated plans are starting points, not personalized medical protocols.

Intellectual property

The Site, branding, copy, visuals, and software are owned by VILTRONIT or its licensors. You may share your personal result card or downloads for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, resell, or republish our content libraries or engine output at scale without permission.

Prohibited use

• Using the Site for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Attempting to bypass security or overload our infrastructure.
• Misrepresenting VILTRONIT content as professional medical care.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VILTRONIT and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on generated plans — including injury or health outcomes from activities you choose to perform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VILTRONIT from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Washington State, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms when we launch new features (accounts, marketplace, paid products). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
